- Report a javascript error, web browser error, or a broken link (404 error).
- Request a webpage to be revised and uploaded to the Web server.

What to report.
- Broken links (404 Not Found error messages), Web browser errors, or javascript errors.
- Web pages that cannot be accessed from your browser ('Forbidden 403' error message).
- Missing or distorted images (e.g. banner graphics).
How to report.
Reporting is easy. Simply use our online form to submit any problems you encounter on the Library website.
When may I expect a response?
The Web Office is staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. During this time, there is at least one person in the Web Office who will receive your message and take action. If clarification is required, the Web Office will contact you via e-mail, telephone, or in person. We will contact you via e-mail or by telephone with a proposed or implemented solution.
What about mission critical emergencies?
For mission critical emergencies--events that may jeopardize library operations--please call Michael Whang directly at ext. 7-5184. If unavailable, please call ext. 7-5207 and either David Kohrman or Sree Kupusamy will assist you.
